Don't worry about how you'll get to the beach -- your time at Eagle Beach starts right at the cruise terminal with round-trip transportation by air-conditioned motorcoach.
You'll drive past the quaint low-rise hotels of Oranjestad and stop briefly at the famous fofoti trees -- the island's most photographed trees twisted and sculpted by the trade winds and framed by the aqua waters of the west coast.
Enjoy free time at the beach, and a return transfer awaits you when it's time to head back to the ship.
Notes:
Chairs and umbrellas are not included and are available on a first-come first-served basis. Vendors offer food and beverages and rental of chairs and umbrellas. You can rest under the shade of the sea grape and watapana trees on the beach. Restrooms and showers are available (at your own expense); bring local currency or small bills in US dollars. Wear your swimsuit under your clothing; bring a towel, reef-safe/biodegradable sunscreen, light clothing to act as a full cover-up for further protection from the sun, and a hat. Swimming is sea conditions permitting and at your own risk. Guests wishing to stay in town to shop or explore independently are welcome to leave the return transfer in town but must make their own way back to the ship.
