Take a fast, powered catamaran ride for an adventure on the shimmering turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Your skipper will maneuver the boat so you can responsibly watch bottlenose dolphins as they swim, play, feed and do what comes naturally to them with no interference from humans. The tour operator is the only company in the Florida Keys to hold the prestigious Dolphin SMART certification -- a national program recognizing operators willing to protect dolphins from interference and promote responsible observation of marine wildlife.
Next, head to the Key West Wildlife Refuge to snorkel along the shallow backcountry waters. Then, after a day on and in the water, you'll return to the pier.
Notes:A 15-minute walk is required to/from the pier and the departure/return point for the excursion. Your outing includes use of top-of-the-line snorkel gear, professional snorkeling instruction, beer, wine, soft drinks and water. Freshwater showers are available on board. Minimum age is 5 years. Wildlife sightings are likely but are not guaranteed. Waiver must be signed and medical conditions disclosed.
