Experience awe-inspiring scenery in an exhilarating and memorable way on this three-part mountain mission.
The world-famous Flåm railway climbs from the town up to Vatnahalsen. This elevation is more than 2,600 feet above sea level, so the journey features jaw-dropping vistas of colossal mountains, shimmering lakes and verdant countryside. A bonus? Why not! The train pauses en route so you can photograph the dramatic Kjosfossen Waterfall.
Pure mountain air fills your lungs and rushes through your hair as you zoom down the longest zip-line in Scandinavia. This exhilarating, once-in-a-lifetime experience reveals wonderful bird's-eye views of the surrounding area and the 21 hairpin bends of the mountain road below. The scenery is other-worldly.
With your feet back on the ground at Kaardalen, hop on a bike and ride back to Flåm. Led by a local guide, you'll cover ten downhill miles -- the perfect blend of off-road terrain and sealed roads winding through tranquil countryside.
Notes:
Please note that this tour is non-refundable 21 days prior to the call at Flåm. Safety briefings and required equipment provided. Wear sturdy closed-toe shoes (mandatory). Minimum age is 15 years. Maximum weight is 322 lbs.
