Spend your day your way at an exclusive beach club in Mazatlán.
This day out begins with an interesting motorcoach panoramic drive along Mazatlán's oceanfront Malecon boardwalk, past the Golden Zone, to the city's newest resort at Shekina Beach Club. In this tropical atmosphere, relax in one of the many lounge chairs, with one reserved for you.
Bask in the sun, sipping cold margaritas and piña coladas, feast on panini, pizza, boneless hot wings, sushi, or tacos and jam to your own beat at this fabulous tropical beachside resort. Find the infinity swimming pool with two large jacuzzies, and rent a cabaña (at your own expense) with its own adult paddle pool. There's also a child-free round pool for couples with a Temazcal sauna type of hot bath.
This paradise boasts a beautiful view of Mazatlán's Tres Islas and the colorful sea.
Ready for lunch at the Mexican lunch bar? Two options are prepared by the resort's chefs -- a super hamburger or Mexican chicken, beef, or fish tacos with two beverages included.
Ready for some exercise? How about a volleyball game at the open court?
At the end of the day, look for your guide at the meeting place for a smooth and relaxing ride back to the ship.
Notes:
Tour is self-paced and non-guided. Changing facilities are provided in the resort's restrooms. Guests wishing to return earlier than the scheduled transfer must make their own way back to the ship. Optional water and beach activities are available for a nominal fee and are not sold or endorsed by Holland America Line. Waiver must be signed and medical conditions disclosed. Participants must be able to (dis)embark the coach with little or no assistance. Ramps are available at the venue. Additional food and beverages are available for purchase. Sauna and massage services are offered at additional nominal fees. Wear your swimsuit under your clothing; bring a towel, reef-safe/biodegradable sunscreen, light clothing to act as a full cover-up for further protection from the sun, and a hat. Swim at your own risk.
