Saddle up for the horseback riding experience of a lifetime!
A short tram ride brings you to the corral.
Listen to an orientation before setting out on a ride along winding trails up to the highest point on the island for a panoramic view of Half Moon Cay and the surrounding islands.
Continue along the bay, back to the corral.
Enjoy a refreshment as your horse is 'dressed' for swimming with a special saddle pad and a rope halter (no saddle), then you'll venture into the ocean for the sensation of riding a horse while it's swimming.
Ride the tram back to the Welcome Center afterwards.
Notes:
Wear your swimsuit under jeans or long pants. Wear tennis shoes or similar closed-toe shoes (water shoes are not acceptable); sandals are not permitted. Shade is limited; to avoid sunburn, wear light, long clothing suitable for use as a cover-up. Bring a hat and sunglasses; wear biodegradable sunscreen. Bring bottled water. Minimum age is 10 years. Maximum weight is 225 lbs. Participants must wear a helmet during the ride on land. Locker rental is included during the time of activity.
