Journey by air-conditioned van approximately two hours into the Sierra Madre Mountains of Chiapas and discover the fine coffees at Argovia Plantation & Estate.
Founded in 1880, Argovia is one the oldest coffee producers in the region and is a modern-day ecological example to its contemporaries with reforestation projects for endemic species. Explore the beautiful buildings and spectacular landscapes that make up this one-of-a-kind plantation.
Tour the original house, visit the coffee production plant and explore the grounds. Your guide will provide in-depth information about the area's history, the people of Chiapas and the intense work put into creating the perfect cup of coffee. Argovia has diversified and specializes in growing more than 125 ornamental flower types. See the flower plantation and examine these extraordinary specimens of nature.
After your tour, relax at the estate and enjoy a delicious buffet lunch of freshly prepared Mexican dishes such as mole, tortilla soup, tamales, fried bananas, fruit salad, guacamole and regional desserts.
Finish off with the freshest cup of coffee you've ever had.
