Chef Masaharu Morimoto, our Global Fresh Fish Ambassador brings his innovative style to Morimoto by Sea, a specialty restaurant on board Nieuw Amsterdam. With a focus on fresh fish and seafood, this new restaurant features a menu of artfully presented dishes and exclusive alcoholic beverages. A similar pop-up dining experience will take over Tamarind or Pinnacle Grill at least once per cruise throughout the rest of the fleet.
